Direct Deposit

If you would like to receive your benefit payments from Montana State Fund via direct deposit to your bank account, please provide us with one of the following documents:

• A voided check with your claim number on the memo line
• A direct deposit sign up form completed by your bank including your claim number.
• A letter from your bank on bank letterhead specifying account number, routing number, the name on the bank account, and your claim number.

This information may be delivered to the Montana State Fund Finance Department.

** Please do not send a deposit slip, we cannot accept them as the routing numbers are typically different on deposit slips.

**If you change or close your bank account, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid any disruption or delay in your payment schedule.
