COVID-19 Resources
We know schools in Montana play a critical role by not only enabling students to receive academic instruction and support, but also facilitating access to essential services. Everyone’s goal is to prioritize the reopening of schools as safely and as quickly as possible given the many known and established benefits of in-person learning.
However, in-person learning during the COVID-19 pandemic poses unprecedented challenges for our schools. Classrooms must now have plans for cleaning and disinfecting, implementing social distancing, and enforcing face coverings while still performing the critical task of ensuring enriching educational opportunities for our youth.
It is important to adopt and diligently implement actions to slow the spread of COVID-19.
